It can be difficult for a hearing impaired person to go to the bank without support, especially if the bank does not have a decent hearing system in place. Even when there is one in place, it is often poor quality and not satisfactory to the customers.

Our bank hearing loop system, which can be fitted onto the counter, allows customers to hear the counter clerk without interference from background noise in the bank premises. With our bank hearing loop in place, the counter clerk would not have to speak loudly to the hearing impaired customer, therefore other clients would not hear the conversation which most likely will involve personal information.
