Ticket Office Hearing Loops

Deaf or hard of hearing people may find that sometimes they cannot carry out certain tasks due to their disability; for example buying tickets at a box office. The ticket office hearing loop was designed just for that – making life easier for those with a hearing impairment.

A ticket office loop system is not available at every ticket office. However, in places where there is a ticket office loop available, it is usually fitted in so that all you have to do is switch your hearing aid to the “T” setting and the sound you want to hear will automatically be amplified. Therefore, if you have a hearing problem and you wish to buy tickets in person, you can do so if the ticket office has a hearing loop system
